These terms govern the provision of water damage restoration services by AquaDry Pros. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service agreement.

Our Services

• Emergency water extraction, flood restoration, and structural drying
• Sewage backup cleanup with sanitization and biohazard handling
• Mold remediation and crawlspace drying with source correction
• Fire damage restoration, smoke and soot cleanup, and contents pack-out

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and checks
• Estimates are provided before work begins
• Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours services

Liability Limits

AquaDry Pros is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We recommend customers review their homeowners insurance coverage for additional protection.
